There are many reasons why entrepreneurs decide to start their own business. Many want to  be their own bosswin prizesbecome an employeework in a team with the flexibility this brings. When things are not going well with the business, an entrepreneur needs  resilienceextra fundingoutside intereststraining to keep going, and improve the situation. This can create stress, so it's helpful if the entrepreneur has  a passionan interesta confidencea disinterest for the business and its product or service. Optimism, creativity and resourcefulness are all very helpful characteristics in an entrepreneur.

Once the business is a success, the entrepreneur may need to find investors and employees. Both of these will be easier if the entrepreneur has  nice premisesa flattering uniformgood working conditionsthe capacity to inspire others. Overall, every entrepreneur has to be happy to take  advice on financial issuesa pay cutlessons in marketinga risk that the business may fail. Having confidence and   desperationdigitsdeterminationdreams to succeed, along with a positive attitude, will help an entrepreneur succeed.
