Reminder:
In French, adjectives have to agree with their nouns. Hence why it is important to know the gender of the nouns.
If the noun it applies to is masculine, you don't need to change anything, the adjective remains the same as the form you find in the dictionary.
Generally, to agree an adjective with a feminine noun, you add -e.
To agree an adjective with a masculine plural noun, you add -s.
And to agree an adjective with a feminine plural noun, you add -es.
There are a few irregularities; for instance, blanc (white) goes to blanche in the feminine form. And marron (brown) is invariable.
