The UK is a HIC that has a  highgreenlowworld urban rate of living. This means that the majority of the population live in urban areas. Counter-urbanisation is possible in HICs like the UK due to improved  sound wavesredquality of dogsinternet connections, allowing people to work remotely from home in rural areas as well as good, stable  infrastructureultraviolet lightFrench revolutionLondon.  ResourcesMediumGoodServices such as food and water are widely available in rural areas in the UK, allowing people to maintain a good  standard of sleepinglowimprovedstandard of living, which may not always be the same case in contrasting LIC rural areas.
