It is important to drink enough water as otherwise  dehydrationhyperventilationatherosclerosishydration may occur. The main symptoms include dark urine, dry skin, overheating and  heat defecthigh smokehypothermiaheat stroke.

Water can be provided to the body with beverages, milk, juices, vegetables and many other food products. A healthy person should drink  one to two glassesone to two pintssix to eight pintssix to eight glasses of water each day.
