Minerals are  inorganicrealorganicinedible molecules needed by the body in  hugelargesmallgreat amounts. Deficiency of this mineral can cause  dehydrationanaemiaarthritislactose intolerance, which is a serious condition especially dangerous for teenage girls and women of childbearing age.
