For example, they may have experienced a natural disaster such as   persecutionlosing their jobconflicta wara terrorist attackan earthquake or can't get access to   a council housea theatrea universitya schoola librarya hospital which they need because they have fallen ill. In rural areas, many hours are spent collecting   waterelectricitystampsstickersoil barrelsdust and many children often miss   going to the cinemaschoolpartiesEastEnderstheir birthdaythe bus in order to do this.
