This encourages people to visit a country for leisure.  PoliticiansTouristsFoodSocio-economic bring in money from  outsidemigrantsinsideinfrastructure the local economy, but spend their money within it. This increases  environmentalnegativeeconomicland flow and can lead to a  environmentaltouristspositivenegative multiplier effect. As the industry develops there is a demand for  migrantsenvironmentalpollutionworkers, which provides locals with jobs. This is seen as a  socio-economicweathernegativeenvironmental benefit. Additional benefits include improvements in  precipitationinfrastructuretouristsclimate, clean drinking water and improved  positiveinsideweatherfood security. However, there are some disadvantages including environmental damage such as  pollutionclimate change mitigationinsiderecycling and  landnegativeprecipitationfood erosion.
