There is often a large  infrastructurewealth gapdeveloping countriespark in cities within developing and emerging countries, meaning that there is a big difference between the  developing countriesstandards of livingclimateemerging countries of rich people and poorer people. Poorer people often live in extreme  birth ratesdeath ratespovertydeveloping countries and have a low standard of living. Cities in developing and emerging countries tend to have informal housing areas, often called  infrastructureslums, parks or shanty townsnothingslums, favelas or shanty towns. These are places often without proper  developed countriesurbaninfrastructureclimate, they have poor  environmental qualitysocial lifeurbanbirth rates and have very crowded  living conditionsparksemerging countriesdeath rates.
