There are lots of marketing methods available to entrepreneurs. Not all may be appropriate, however. A small or medium-sized business is unlikely to be able to afford to advertise on  billboardsflyersnational TVlocal radio and would not be able to manage the number of enquiries that could result from this. It's important to market to people who are likely to become customers.  Social media advertising may be cheaper, but businesses need to choose the  videoslocationlanguageplatform that is most used by their target market. Pubs, takeaways and casual dining businesses still use paper flyers to advertise to their  multinationallocalnationalinternational market, often offering discount vouchers.

This reduces the  creditpricecostshares of travelling to customers. Successful advertising could cause a problem if it attracts  too manysomemosttoo few customers and the business cannot meet the orders. This may result in  more customersno clientsfewer customerspoor reviews which have an impact on the business in future. 

If there is too much information about the business in the marketing materials,  agentsemployeescreatorscompetitors can steal the idea and sell it cheaper. Often, businesses do not include current   informationpricesimagesdetails in their marketing material so they can continue to use the materials even when changes are made. This may help prevent competitors undercutting them.
