There are many reasons why entrepreneurs decide to start their own business. Many want to  work in a teambe their own bosswin prizesbecome an employee with the flexibility this brings. When things are not going well with the business, an entrepreneur needs  resilienceextra fundingoutside intereststraining to keep going, and improve the situation. This can create stress, so it's helpful if the entrepreneur has a  confidencepassiondisinterestinterest for the business, and it's product or service. Optimism and resourcefulness are both very helpful characteristics in an entrepreneur.

Once the business is a success, the entrepreneur may need to find investors and employees. Both of these will be easier if the entrepreneur has  good working conditionsthe capacity to inspire othersa flattering uniformnice premises. Overall, every entrepreneur has to be happy to take  a riska pay cutfewer holidaysadvice on financial issues that the business may fail.
