Anika is a care worker who enjoys her job and takes pride in helping others. As a result, she is left feeling satisfied and does not experience any day-to-day stress.

Outside work, she spends a lot of time meeting up with friends and eating out at restaurants. Since she has suffered from knee problems from an early age, she refrains from any exercise out of fear that she might cause further damage. However, one of her friends suggests that weight-bearing activity may be an option that avoids impacts to the knees and might actually improve her joints. Accordingly, she has reached out to her local swimming centre with the aim of joining a weekly swimming class.
